I’ve now signed up for two races. One in January and one in April. I also created a really comprehensive and really ambitious training schedule for both of them.
I don’t know what I was thinking.
I’ve run a little bit more than expected, but I’m already falling behind in my own training program. And it’s starting to increase mileage as of today. The only part of my program that I’m nailing are the “Rest” days. Haven’t missed one yet.
Supposed to run 3.5 miles today. Gym bag is packed and ready. Let’s see what happens…
