I don’t know who Ryan Hall is, but he’s reading my mind (or my blog).

I wrote that post about “nailing the rest days” while feeling guilt for the fact that I’m so good at the rest days and maybe not always at the actual training days, when I get this quote in my mailbox:

I constantly remind myself that resting takes confidence. Anyone can train like a madman. But to embrace rest and let all the hard training come out takes mental strength. –Ryan Hall

How craycray is that? Kinda makes me want to take another rest day… except today I should actually do speed or incline intervals. Boooo.

I mean, yaaay!
